Final Sale: All e-books and training programs sold on Service Nexus are considered final sales. Once a purchase has been completed, you will not be able to cancel or reverse the transaction.
Training Sessions: For training sessions, once a session is booked and paid for, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please refer to the Refund Policy section below regarding unforeseen circumstances.
No Refunds for Digital Products: Since all products are delivered electronically, Service Nexus does not offer refunds for any e-books or digital content once they have been purchased and accessed/downloaded.
Training Program Refunds: We do not offer refunds for training programs once purchased. However, in the event of an unforeseen and legitimate reason for being unable to attend a scheduled training session, you may contact us at servicenexus19@gmail.com. If deemed appropriate by our team, we may offer you a one-time option to reschedule the session or grant a voucher for a future event.
