  1. An agreement is established once a User purchases an e-book or registers for a training program (online or offline) via the website.

Article 4: Services

  1. The services offered include the sale of e-books and advertising of training programs. These training programs may be hosted online or offline, with all relevant payments processed through the website.
  2. All services are provided for informational and educational purposes. The insights gained from these services are non-binding, and no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
  3. Any additional conditions for specific services will be clearly outlined on the website before the User enters into an agreement.

Article 5: User Conduct

  1. Users must refrain from any unlawful, inappropriate, or harmful behavior, including but not limited to:

    • Making threats or using offensive language.
    • Uploading or sharing illegal content (text, images, audio, etc.).
    • Selling website information to third parties.
    • Infringing upon copyrights of the content provided on the website.
    • Engaging in any racist, discriminatory, or offensive actions.
    • Sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons.

Article 8: Account Termination or Blocking

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate or block user accounts if there is a violation of Articles 5 or 6.
  2. Any breach of Article 5 may result in an immediate suspension or deletion of the account without prior notice. The Service Provider will inform the user of the action taken and the reason for it.

Article 9: Payments

  1. All payments for services must be made via the payment systems available on the website.
  2. User payment information is only used for the purposes of processing payments for e-books or training programs.
  3. Purchased training sessions are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  4. Training bookings are valid for up to two years after the date of purchase, after which they expire.

Article 10: Refund Policy

  1. Users may reschedule a training session without additional costs if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made later than 24 hours prior are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
  2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session. Missed sessions without prior cancellation are non-refundable.
  3. If the User has an exceptional reason for missing a session and fails to cancel on time, they may contact the Service Provider through the website. If the reason is deemed valid, a code will be issued to allow a new booking free of charge.
  4. Refunds for services already performed are not possible, even if the User is dissatisfied with the service.

Article 11: Force Majeure

  1. Force majeure refers to any circumstance outside the Service Provider's control, which may prevent or hinder the fulfillment of the agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, technical issues such as data loss, server failures, or cyber-attacks. In the event of force majeure, the execution of the agreement may be suspended or terminated.

Article 12: Account Usage

  1. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information.
  2. The User is liable for any unauthorized use of their account by third parties.
  3. If a User suspects their account has been accessed without permission, they must notify the Service Provider immediately.
  4. The Service Provider is not liable for any damage incurred due to unauthorized access to user accounts.

Article 13: Maintenance and Downtime

  1. The Service Provider strives to ensure smooth operation of the services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  2. Maintenance work may be carried out at any time, potentially causing temporary service unavailability. The Service Provider will attempt to minimize disruptions and notify users in advance when possible.
  3. In case of urgent or unforeseen maintenance, no prior notice may be provided. The Service Provider is not liable for any resulting damages or inconvenience.

Article 14: Final Provisions

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Users will be notified of any changes in advance, and continued use of the website after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  3. Any disputes arising between the Service Provider and the User will be submitted to the competent court as chosen by the Service Provider. Efforts will be made to resolve disputes amicably before involving legal action.
